Return & Exchange Policy – Zenvy Bundles

At Zenvy Bundles, we want you to love your purchase! 💫

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • You receive a damaged parcel

  • You receive the wrong product

  • The product is not working properly

Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for any other reasons.


✅ Eligible for Return

To qualify for an exchange or return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened beauty or cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance or final-sale items


💳 Refund / Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process a refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
